Project Background

In the early development of Spooky2, one of John’s important contributions was collecting and collating publicly available frequencies from different researchers. As these sources were gradually added to the software, John and the forum team began asking a new question: could they derive frequencies of their own rather than relying only on existing frequencies?

John recalls that Spooky2 did not yet include independently calculated frequencies. Forum moderators, researchers, and John discussed the best approach for about two months. The Molecular Weight (MW) method was the result of that team effort.

John has emphasized that he was not the principal developer of the MW method. Manuel Mallo advanced the research, while Bryan Yamamoto, Bruno Dodd, and other members contributed to the discussions and decisions. Once the team had established the method, John incorporated the calculation into Spooky2 so users could find and run the resulting programs.

As of October 20, 2026, Spooky2 contains 22,336 MW programs.

MW in One Minute

A molecule is made up of atoms, each of which has a mass. The composition of a molecule can therefore be used to determine its mass. Although the project is called “Molecular Weight,” MW programs use a more specific value known as mono-isotopic mass.

The team developed a method for converting a substance’s mono-isotopic mass into a frequency. John then incorporated the method into Spooky2, enabling the software to calculate a fundamental frequency from the mass value.

MW therefore does not begin by measuring a frequency emitted by a substance. It begins with molecular mass and calculates a frequency using the method developed by the team.

John and the Team’s Core Work

01

Developing a Method to Calculate Frequency from Molecular Mass

The most important and challenging part of the MW project was determining how to derive a frequency from mass. According to John, Manuel Mallo examined several formulas relating frequency to mass, and explored whether they could be used in reverse to calculate frequency from mass. Manuel played a leading role in advancing the scientific research behind MW frequencies.

02

Identifying the Data Needed for Different Substances

Once the method had been established, the team needed mono-isotopic mass values for drugs and other substances. Chemical databases could provide these values, but they did not provide the MW frequencies used by Spooky2. Each mass value became the starting point for a calculation. Preserving and checking that input made it possible to review which data a program used and to update it if more accurate information became available.

03

Incorporating the Calculation into Spooky2

John modified the Spooky2 software so it could read a mono-isotopic mass value and automatically calculate a frequency using the team’s method. Users could then access the MW programs in the software without having to look up physical constants or perform the conversion themselves.

John explained that the calculation involves the mass of the substance and physical values such as Planck’s constant, Avogadro’s constant, and the speed of light. In simple terms, the process starts with mass and applies the conversion method chosen by the team to obtain a fundamental frequency.

04

Preserving the Original Mass Value

As the MW database developed, John identified a problem. If a program stored only the final calculated frequency, it would be difficult to determine which original mass value had been used. Revising the data or calculation settings later would also be more difficult. He therefore added the M command to Spooky2. This allows an MW program to store the mass value used as its input and lets the software perform the conversion. For example, the number in M67.4518 is an input mass value, not a frequency that the device is instructed to output directly.

05

Converting the Calculation into Device Output

The fundamental frequency calculated by the software and the signal ultimately output by a device are separate stages. When a user selects an MW program or preset, Spooky2 processes the calculated result according to the preset’s sub-harmonic setting, output channel, and other settings before controlling the frequency generator’s output.

The First Calculated Frequencies Added to Spooky2

MW was the first collection of independently calculated frequencies added to Spooky2. This gave users more accurate frequencies and marked a shift from collecting existing frequencies toward developing methods for calculating new ones.

Soon after the MW programs were released, John received great positive feedback. He believed the research was moving in the right direction. The MW derivation method laid the basic groundwork for subsequent frequency projects, including Spooky2 DNA Frequencies, JW Peptides, and RRM.
